Common Sense Ideas To Lose Weight For Real
This book contains some incredible common sense why didn't I think of them strategies to lose weight slowly over a period of time without dieting. Like most people I just seemed to be slowly adding weight as time went on. From reading this book I've come to realize the reason for this is that I was eating for reasons other than hunger. This is, the author contends, what most people do. Animals eat when they're hungry. Humans make a habit of eating for every reason under the sun EXCEPT HUNGER. Changing these destructive habits is the key to real long term weight loss.

This book is actually quite short and to the point. It is possible to start applying the habit changing strategies the day you get the book. I've tried many other diet programs and this "undiet" (if that's even a word) is the only one that has worked for me (along with some of the exercise programs I've purchased from the animal kingdom site). Siamese Cat Manual
This manual was written several years ago but the information is still relevant. It was recommended to me by a breeder as I am getting ready to get a new kitten. Actually even though I had a Siamese cat previously, I still found this book very helpful

From the author: This study analyzed socioeconomic and nutritional factors affecting consumers' preferences for meatless meals and, specifically, meals with less red meat. Consumers' preferences were influenced by geographical location, racial and ethnic background, family composition, and household income. Although females were not statistically different from males in their preference for red meat, they generally preferred more meatless meals. Similarly, older respondents preferred more meatless meals and less red meat than did younger respondents. Meat was less preferred, as well, among American households in the highest income group. Advanced educational level of the respondents positively influenced the preference for meatless meals and meals with less red meat, and nutritional concerns among consumers also had a significant influence. Notably, compared with concerns for vitamins and minerals, concerns for cholesterol, fat, and sugar had a stronger effect on the preference for less red meat. Data such as those presented here can provide useful descriptions of the distribution of health-influencing behavior in our population.

ENGAGED in constant efforts to trace and clear up the history of animal reproduction, as far as this is permitted to human discernment, I have been guided to a phnomenon in Insect life which had for a long time remained obscure to me,-I refer to the power of reproduction of some female Insects which remain unfecundated, as this not only appeared to be a great mystery, but even a fact never yet firmly established, and therefore still doubtful. I always found this so-called Lucinu sine concubitu treated by physiologists as a sort of curiosity the same examples from Insect-life, derived from the older observers, mere constantly referred to as vouchers. The question, whether the fact referred to was supported upon a firm basis, remained at the same time altogether unnoticed. As every kind of statement with regard to Lucina sine concubitu has received with so little caution and without suspicion, new observations were added to the older defective notices of this kind but these, in the same way, appeared inadmissible as soon as they were carefully analysed. Since the process of the fecundation of the egg has become much better understood by the recent discoveries of Newport, Iceber, Bischoff, Leuclcart, Meissner, and Bruch, one was compelled to say, that all the cases of Lucina sine conczbitu observed in former or modern days might be founded upon delusion or error, because up to this time the knowledge of the conditions under which fecundation takes place was still extremely imperfect..... ...
