God knows the total truth and the student tries to reproduce this truth in his mind using the means available to him. If the student doesn't use all the avenues in conjunction with God's Word, he may have knowledge but his wisdom and truth will be different from God's. The basic faith of the Christian student of science is that God created the natural world and that it operates under His continued providence. The mathematical consistency of natural laws is a reflection of God's consistency and faithfulness. Faith in God's providence is the cornerstone of Christian growth. The intellectual, creative, and decisional dimensions of personal growth must be addressed in the science curriculum so that students are not only prepared with an appreciation and fundamental understanding of science, but that they are equipped with some of the tools needed to further study current science issues.
