I am making them now available for all lovers of these shows to enjoy. Each cel is really a one-of-a-kind item. The Mighty Mouse are early Filmation items. Each image has a Laser copy of a hand-painted background. Each cel is in Mint or Near Mint condition. Toontown helped to raise the profile of cartoon art and recognize the talent, time and work that goes into producing it. It also gave the public an opportunity to view the nuances of the drawings, which can get lost in newspaper reproduction. In the summer of 1999, Artizans Entertainment and The Works presented Toontown-an exhibit of Canadian Cartoon Art. The show ran from June 25 -July 7, at Beaver House in downtown Edmonton. The cream of Canadian cartooning showed their work at Toontown, including the likes of Gerry Rasmussen, and Gary Delainey ("Betty"), Todd Mcfarlane (Spawn), Lynn Johnston ("For Better or For Worse"), Joseph Salina, Ben Wicks, Aislin, Dan Murphy, Roy Peterson, Susan Dewar, Brian Gable, Bruce Mackinnon, John Larter, Andy Donato, Ben Lafontaine, Rick Sealock, and Malcolm Mayes. All told, more than 200 pieces from 50 artists were on display.
