I have no idea where he enlisted, where he lived, etc. He died in California in about 1968 at around 88-90 years of age ? We have passed down through the family a surgeon's kit from the WAR which he supposedly used. I assume that means that he was a surgeon or a surgeon's helper. Any info would help. Haines, AK USA - My family is from Pennsylvania, I believe from Somerset County. I would like to know if anyone out there might have any information about the Frazier name out there. We had members of our family in the civil war but all that info. was lost in a house fire. My Grandfather and I know we still have family out there, but we have no idea where. All I know is the town that we are from no longer exists. Fraziers in Somerset County Pa. I would like to get some information and possibly contact some one about it. If it's any help my Great Grandfathers name was, John Wesley Frazier. I believe he was from Pa.
