This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-workshop proceedings of the Second Workshop on Blended Learning, WBL 2008, held in Jinhua, China, in August 2008, as a satellite event of ICWL 2008, the 7th International Conference on Web-based Learning.

The 17 revised full papers were selected for inclusion in the book in a rigorous reviewing process from numerous submissions. The papers are organized in topical sections on e-learning platforms and tools; design, model and framework of e-learning systems; practice and experience sharing; and pedagogical issues.
