$2 eBook = WYSIWYG.
The author is smart. $2 sounds like a bargain for such a 'popular' eBook, until you realize you have been fooled, again.
Simplistic advice to the point of insulting your intelligence. Aim to make 10 pips a day trading currencies. That's the WHOLE eBook. Now that you are aware of this eternal wisdom, think about why you want to give the author your $2. Best get yourself a cup of coffee and smile on all the fools 'charmed' by this market wizard.

Powerful idea
Forex is a zero-sum game, so in order for you to win someone must lose. It is market driven (mainly) by people or firms with thousands of millions of dollars on their accounts. They employ some of the best minds around to manage their money. That means that if you want to make money by trading currencies you'd have to take money from the richest, you'd have to be smarter than the smartest and quicker at their own game. I assume everyone would agree there is VERY little chance for the average retail forex trader to do that. In the long run, they will outsmart you.

I'd like to think that R. Booker had these simple facts in mind when he wrote the book. This hit-and-run strategy can save you from the unexpected swings and quite often traps of currency trading. It is a good reminder that you don't have to make 800 pips a month. Even a lot less can make you very profitable in the long run.

Great Message Packed Into Small Forex Book
I just read Forex Strategy 10 this evening.It is an easy read written by a guy who has a great sense of humor about a subject some may consider very dry.Not me though.I thoroughly enjoyed this book.I tried trading Forex in the past and was not successful - which happens to a lot of us as Rob points out in his book.He helps you look at trading in a different way than most of us are taught.The ideas he presents in his book make a lot of sense, and got me enthused to try trading again.I'm ready to strap on my running shoes and outrace my buddy - my fellow readers know what I mean.Read the book and you will learn too.

Awlful! Gimmick. DONT BUY!
This is the most simple common sense fairly useless Forex book I have ever read, actually its more like a pamphlet. Does not explain 10 strategies, just repeats to try to make 10pips in any trade, which is very hard to do with a 10-pip stop loss in this very fast paced moving market. So the strategy to do this? in this book? NONEXISTENT. Never explains! If he sold 500k copies of this for $1.99 then I see where he makes his money. I will have to see how I can get my money back for $1.99 I would rather a cup of coffee! Would have given ZERO stars if I could. ... Read more

An awful, awful formatting horror
This book is a formatting nightmare that makes it really, really bad to read. Lots of HTMLtags inline, many paragraphs and sentences and section headers and chapter headers all run together in one long mess. No table of contents or any visible structure to the material in the book. I flipped through about 25 pages, and it all looked like really simple intro material on forex -- what forex is, some examples, which brokers are supposed to be good, accept your losses, etc. Routine stuff as far as I could tell. Oh, and no images or graphics at all, so forget about seeing any technical analysis (even though the text refers to images that are supposed to be in the book). Who would even think of publishing a book of such low quality that you can't read it? Gad. I immediately asked for a refund. ... Read more

Is not as well organized as Whitman's "The official RED BOOK a guide book to United States Coins".

Numismatics is a hobby as any other do not expect a handsome return on your investment, at least not a monetary one. Have fun. Good luck.

Making the Grade
Great book, extremely useful in learning how to grade coins. The pics and descriptions are most helpful. I use it to teach students and adults about the art of grading coins.

Not Bad, Could Be Better, Still the Best
Although its true that some of the coins included in this guide may be popularly collected, I think that their inclusion in this book is a waste of space.Rather than including the State Quarters; Ike, SBA, and Sacagewea dollars; and the Kennedy Halves, which are all too modern to justify inclusion - a better choice would have been the Draped Bust coinage (cents, quarters, halves, dollars), Shield Nickels, and Seated Quarters and Halves.As far as the photos go, they are a hundred times better than those miniature ancient black and white blobs from in the ANA guide.The images of the copper coinages are beautiful, but they could have done a better job which the nickel and silver issues - a bit more contrast and less brightness would have made the details stand out much better.Also, I noticed a few instances where the image of a lower grade coin shows a coin with more detail that the next grade up.A steep cover price, but the best book currently on the market.
