Product Description
The practice of dairying, in a limited domestic sense, as applied to the milking of a few cows and the making of a little butter and cheese for family use, is as old as the history of mankind, and in that restricted meaning dairying has been carried on in Australia since the arrival of the first settlers. But the industry as existing there to-day is a vastly different matter, being already of great importance, and promising rapid and extensive development. It is a young industry, so recently out of its infancy that if this report had been written fifteen years ago the section on dairying might have been almost as brief as the famous chapter on snakes in Ireland.

Product Description
e-dissertation:Food proteins in vaccine ingredients combined with immune stimulating chemical additives may underlie the development of food allergies and atopic disorders in U.S. children born from1990 to 2006.Allergic disorders have skyrocketed since 1990 in children under 12 years of age.90% of food allergies are related to eight foods: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, peanuts and tree nuts.Vaccine products listed on the CDC Recommended Early Childhood Vaccine Schedule 1990-2006 were analyzed to identify contents, antigenic proteins and cross-reacting molecules from these eight allergenic foods.1500-3400 mcgs. of both toxic and benign immune stimulating chemicals in the cumulative vaccine schedule along with 800-1000 food- related antigenic molecules are identified and discussed.Identification of immunogenic food-related molecules in vaccines may be associated with the development of immune reactions to eight common foods introduced in early childhood.Natural strategies during pregnancy or lactation to reduce immune reactivity in infants and young children may impact the development of allergic conditions.Compromised nutritional status for children at risk may require nutritional supplementation and alternative antigen exposure strategies throughout early childhood ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Astonishing amount of work
After investing more than 15,000 hours of research into problems with vaccines, including writing two books, ("Fowl! Bird Flu: It's Not What You Think" and "Saying No to Vaccines") and produced several informational DVDs, including Vaccines:The Risks, The Benefits, The Choices, Vaccine Developers: Heroes or Villains, Vaccine Basics: What You Need to Knowand Vaccines: Gardasil and the History of Vaccination, it takes a lot to astonish me. The research behind this work is amazing. No one who reads this could ever inject another vaccine into their child or themselves.

The connection made between albumin, bovine serum, avian serum, formaldehyde, etc, and the cross-reactions to food antigens/allergies is compelling. The hypothesis deserves serious investigation. Similar to my research into the connnection between latex rubber in medication vials and nut allergies, this book looks at the connection between vaccines and food allergies such as casein, gluten and a long list of other foods.

The vaccine industry is the bedrock of the drug company. If a person is injured or made sick by a vaccine, that person becomes a longtime customer for the pharmaceutical industry's products. Doctors, politicians and policy makers should study this document closely.

Product Description
Advanced Dairy Chemistry-1. Proteins addresses the most commercially important constituents of milk in terms of their roles in nutrition and as functional components in foods. This third edition, which is the work of dairy scientists and other experts from around the world, provides detailed scientific information on all aspects of milk proteins.

An extensively revised Table of Contents includes more chapter-level headings to make the material more accessible and highlights a number of key topics, such as methods for resolving and identifying proteins, biologically and physiologically active proteins, molecular genetics and functional milk proteins-all of which have assumed increased importance in recent years.

All chapters from the second edition have been completely updated and coverage of the biological properties and stability of milk proteins has been enhanced greatly. The book has been expanded from 18 chapters in the second edition to 29 chapters and is divided into two parts: Part A (Chapters 1-11) describes the more basic aspects of milk proteins, while Part B (Chapters 12-29) reviews the more applied aspects. New topics include an overview of the milk protein system, allergenicity of milk proteins, bioactive peptides, genetic engineering of milk proteins, and certain additional chapters on protein-rich dairy products.

This authoritative work summarizes current knowledge on milk proteins and suggests areas for future work. It will be very valuable to dairy scientists, chemists, and others working in dairy research or in the dairy industry. ... Read more

Product Description
My granddaughter, Aivah, was diagnosed with Celiac disease and a Casein allergy at 14 month of age. The introduction of a gluten-free, dairy-free diet transformed her from an undernourished, miserable baby who was always in pain to a happy, delightful toddler. Aivah's diagnosis began my journey to finding healthy, nutritious foods to feed a small child with food allergies. It has been a long road of trial and error, littered with some really bad food! Thankfully, those trials produced a number of successful recipes. I hope you enjoy them.

This cookbook gives you the basics of how to cook everyday meals that are both gluten-free and dairy-free. It includes explanations of gluten-free ingredients, information about cross-contamination and over 120 recipes from breakfast to breads and main meals to sweets. Also included is "Aivah's Story" which describes what Aivah, and her family, experienced prior to her diagnosis. ... Read more
