Tweh, is calling for the teaching of correct principles to the children and the practice of good family virtues for a peaceful society. Tweh, President of the Monrovia-Liberia Stake of the church, attributed the social disorder being expreinced to the lack of righteous principles in most homes, and said the purpose of life is to prepare for eternity by practicing better family virtues. He noted that parents, particularly of the Latter-day Saints, should see themselves as role models for viable family institutions, where the children will be taught by the good examples of their parents, who would teach them the doctrine of the church and not provoke their anger.

Actually, the reference is to the cardinal directions: north, south, east, and west.
