Extractions: Recycles The Town of Ocean City has been operating the 65th Street Recycling Center since 1991. In addition to aluminum, Ocean City collects recyclable materials such as glass, plastic, newspapers and cardboard. Recycling containers available upon request for curbside pick-up. Curbside recycling collections are currently available to all single family homes on the following schedule: Monday: Montego Bay, Wednsday: Caine Woods, Thursday: Caine Keys, 94th Street, Little Salisbury, Friday: 28th Street area, Mallard Island and downtown. Ocean City also offers recycling drop-off locations at the following locations: Worcester Street Municipal Lot (under the water tower), 2nd Street Trailways Bus Terminal, 28th Street bayside, the Convention Center satellite parking lot at 39th Street, 66th Street (under the water tower), 94th Street parking lot (southwest side), 130th Street (behind the Montego Bay Shopping Center's southwest corner) and 137th Street next to the water plant. Residents interested in participating in the town's aluminum buy back program can take their aluminum cans to the 65th Street Recycling Center during the following hours: September to June on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.; from June to September the schedule is Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Ocean City Recycling Center located at 65th Street, Bayside, would like to announce their Winter Hours. The Aluminum Can Buy Back Center will be open on Wednesday's and Saturday's only, beginning September 13. 2000. Hours of operation will be from 8:00AM to 1:00PM. Recycling Center Hours will be from 7:00AM to 3:00PM beginning October 2, 2000.
