    Extractions: Programs General Meterological Information Resources: Brookhaven National Laboratory The National Weather Service 's home page at Brookhaven National Laboratory provides not only meteorological data and forecasts, but describes some of the educational services that are available to teachers. Mr. George McKillop , who directed two MSTe teams in exploring the capabilities of weather radar and the difficulties in weather prediction. The Computer and Communications Division (CCD) provides a direct link to BNL 's own meteorological conditions, as well as those of several nearby locations. This site is particularly interesting and usefull for the local teacher due to the availability of raw and graphically displayed data concerning the local meteorological conditions over extended periods of time. Mr. Victor Cassella who discussed meteorological instrumentation with three MSTe teams, can provide further information on this topic, as well as nearly fifty years of historical meteorological data for the BNL site.
