Program Description Goals of the Program Media Specialist Licensure Transfer Credit The Educational Media and Technology Program seeks to meet the needs of people working in rapidly changing school library/media and technology settings. It meets the Minnesota Board of Teaching outcomes for the school library media specialist licensure endorsement. The program is designed to be conveniently available to working professionals via an online format. The online format is available only to graduate students. The courses at the graduate level are no longer being offered on campus. This distance graduate program meets licensure requirements for school library media specialists in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North and South Dakota. We are currently working with Iowa to obtain their approval as well.
