Tests useless without unavailable answer key
I purchased this book aspractice for the exam. I was surprised when I got the book - no answers.I tried the link that was on the back of the book.Guess what?Not available.The only value I got from the book was the reading material but without the chapter end question & answers to reinforce the reading materialthe book didn't cut it.I wouldn't have bought the book if I knew there were no answers to the chapter end test questions.

GOOD and BAD
This is a textbook for study in preparation for testing.There are sample test questions at the end of each chapter and a sample general test at the back of the book.That's good; however, there were no answers to the questions. . . . that's bad.Where were they?Were there ever any answers so one could check to see if they understood the answers to be correct ?OR, is it a guessing game with a price tag ?

The material is presented in a language too technical
I just took the state exam (and passed!!), I have to say this book is writtenin too much of a technical manner and too many details for it to be an easy read. I felt I had to constantly translate paragrapgs into "plain english" to keep me going ...the material is presented in too much of a "dry" manner. Lots of times it was confusing to understand what was said, it was very contradictory. If you are taking the state exam, I highly recommend that you form a study group to "disect" what all the languge is...
