Educating and Easy To Understand

An EXCELLENT cookbook of Russian food.
"Cooking Russian in America" is an excellent cookbook of Russian food, written for the American kitchen. There are good, clear, explanations of everything that needs explaining.There are no photos, but the clarity of the text makes up for that. Also, there are some drawings of things that are Russian.
The recipes are good.The food is wonderful.
