Since the publication in 2005 of my monograph Wrestling with Jacob and Esau - Fighting the Flight of Men, a significant number of professional and lay colleagues now share my concern that the Reform Movement faces an alarming trend: the increasing disengagement of men. As a result, the questions we must address are no longer "What flight of men?" instead, "How do we do something about it? How can we facilitate more programs in venues for men of our congregations?"
