A must for every backpack and desktop!
This is so much more than a study guide, it's a primer for preparedness in life. Short, Sweet & Pertinent
My son used to spend hours laboring over his textbooks, only to pull disappointing grades after all his hard work.Most kids are sent home with the admonition *to* study, but not really what that means, or taught *how* to study effectively.Every student may not use all 101 of the tips in this book, but I would be surprised if he/she didn't use MANY of them, with the end result - better grades with LESS time studying, and much less stress.It's a Win-Win-Win situation.

Written for the student without boring, long, hard to understand sentences. It's to the point on how to apply the techniques to develop better learning skills. This is for ALL students regardless of grade. I have used some of the tips in my professional work as well. Very well written and most of all, useful.

A Must Have Tool for Parents, Students & Teachers

Kathleen Craver does a wonderful job in this book describing how to useprimary sources in the classroom. The first three chapters describe theconcept behind using these resources in the classroom.

In the next 200pages, she shares over 150 websites that contain primary sources. For eachweb site she gives a summary of the site and gives five or six questionsfor discussion or activities for students. This book will save you hourssearching the Internet for resources.
