Love the Ms. Math Tips
As a substitute teacherI can walk into a classroom and there will be no plans, with this book I can look up to see where the kids should be and find a quick and easy lessons to go along with what they are learning. The Ms. Math tips are the best as they really help you focus in on the specifics for the lesson. Way to go Ms. Math!!

Dont waste any time or money
I work as a substitute teacher. I bought this hoping it might contain some useful tips or unique advice. This book is TINY. Everything in it can be covered by either good ol' common sense, or a little experience in this field. It was of no use of value to me. What a waste. ... Read more

This is a fantastic book for the New Grad or Undergrad Teacher
What a great book!
I read this book and found it extremely helpful. It's an easy read and it had insight with a little humor sprinkled in. The author gave his real world take on what to expect from secondary kids today including both positive and negative situations. You can definitely tell he's been in the trenches. He also has a few good suggestions in there for administrators as well.
His suggestions were simple but well written and they seem easy to apply.
I would reccd this book as suggested reading for all new teachers venturing out there!
