Carlos Castaneda Vindicated
After all these years, Carlos Castaneda's description of the human energy system is vindicated.It rang true with me then, and it has now been scientifically and experientially explained.This author not only practices what he's teaching, but he can bring it down to a layman's level of practical visualization and application.Each exercise is safe, simple, easily understood and workable.It does not mean that the results are necessarily easily or quickly obtained, but the means to reach the goal of self healing and shared healing are there.If practiced, his book has the potential to substantially enhance your energy, healing and ability to exchange, recharge and dispense human energy selectively and consciously.A good read for all things visual and practical concerning human energy.

Back door to the soul
I loved this book! Mark Rich was born clairvoyant and can actually see the energy systems he describes. Seemingly very down to earth, however, he has had practice in mastery of the body as a martial artist and Licensed Massage Therapist. There are profuse illustrations of what he can see and this corraborates with acupunture meridians and the shamanaic knowledge described by Carlos Casteneda. There many insights and exercises which can be used to give a person more energy and clear blockages. To me, it is the most precise understanding of how to work with what may be the soul or unconscious I have found to date. I am hoping that schools of nursing and medicine will use this book as a practical text, as I believe it is so valuable.

Energetic Anatomy

I Loved this book! It is now part of my library. Being so easy to read due to explicit directions and pictures, it is incredibly informative. It gives the novice all they need, to apply what they have read and immedietly do it correctly. It is not a large book which is something I love so you can take it anywhere. I also love that it is not overwhelming.

A dynamic book that can transform your life and others
This is a powerful book that can be used to understand and heal yourself as well as others.When I first read this book I had extreme fatigue and energy issues.I was really desperate for some way to find the path back to health, balance, happiness, and God.Through Mark's vivid descriptions, personal stories, and easy-to-understand illustrations, I began to see where there were blockages in my energy paths and how to capture and harness the energy that was coming to me and through me, and unblock and unleash the power within me and through me.

The author, Mark Rich, has a very professional, easy-to-understand teaching style that allows the reader to learn and grow in a new, holistic way.I had never been exposed to this kind of energy work or understanding before, but this book made me hungry for more!I really liked Mark's personal stories and this really helped me to know what to do in certain situations too.It was fun to get to know him through the pages of this book.

I can't wait for the next book or seminar in the series!We need to see and hear more from this author.
