5-0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Adaptation!
I chose this book at the library to listen in my car during my commute.Much to my surprise this audio version was truly a gem.I knew little of Charlotte Bronte's work and have never listened or read or watched any novels or adaptations. But Villette caught my eye....

Only to my surprise was Catherine McCormack (who was a fantastic Lucy Snow), Joseph Fiennes and Kiera Knightly (I knew I recognized that voice) all part of the cast.I listened to it twice!

You will really enjoy the story and the actors.I love North and South, Pride and Prejudice and all the classic period dramas so this is a great addition.I just picked up Jane Eyre to listen to and can't wait! ... Read more
