Superb Book
This book hits the nail on the head when it talks about the way that we should teach our Spec Ed kids, hard to reach, or AP kids.Even if you have a new English learner, these stories and words of wisdom will make you energized and ready to get into that classroom and help these students... and understand them.Debbie Silver has a humorous and easy to read approach to her writing, which makes it a great read.I highly recommend this.I am also a parent of an ADHD child, so this was great parenting tool also.

One of the best teaching tools ever!
I've been an elementary teacher for 20 years.I read this book recently after meeting Debbie Silver at a conference in Hot Springs, Arkansas.She's funny, thoughtful, and right on target.This is a great book for novice teachers as well as master teachers.
