Timi was born Hsinchuang, Taiwan on October 2, 1981. When she was about the age of 5, her parents introduced her to the world of show business (singing, music, acting). She did many TV commercials and advertisement until the age of 6, when she released her first Hokkien album. She was skilled at the piano at a very young age.
