Varand (Varand S. Koorkchian), an Armenian poet and journalist, is a prominent and active figure in the Armenian poetry and literature and a member of the editorial board of Alik daily newspaper. So far Varand has published 15 volumes of poetry but only one of his books called Whispers of Beyond has been translated into Farsi.
