General Information
concerning the Royal Berkshire History Website At the moment, this is a very brief introduction, welcoming all-comers to my website. Here you will find the history of the beautiful Royal County of Berkshire. For the uninitiated, Berkshire is to be found just to the west of London in the UK, extending along the Thames Valley. It is pronounced "BARK-SHEER". This site covers the 'historic county' of Berkshire, that is to say the true county irrespective of any changes to administrative boundaries. The post-1974 so-called 'new county' is a myth. It only ever existed as an administrative unit, not as a geographic county. Abingdon, Faringdon, Wallingford, Wantage and the Vale of the White Horse are all in Berkshire NOT Oxfordshire. Likewise, Caversham is in Oxfordshire NOT Berkshire; and Slough and Eton are most certainly in Buckinghamshire. Searches are regularly made across the web to find 'borrowed' text from the Royal Berkshire History website, so if you have loaded up RBH information, without permission, you will almost certainly find that you will be contacted for royalty payments.

Kirby began to sing before he could talk, claims his Mother to this day! The gift to sing and to come up with little catchy phrases and melodies to make songs successful is something he is thankful for! Playing the lead roles in High School musicals instead of playing football was strange choice to make to most of his piers, but Kirby wanted to be different. Standing at 6ft "6" and an overall big guy, being a singer isn’t exactly what people would visualize him doing. But, once he sings that first note, people’s eyes are glued to the stage, and his infectious melodies inject a musical strain that no antibody will ever cure!
Kirby has also looked very hard at what he wants to communicate in his songs. A positive outlook towards life has always been his thing, so writing songs that inspire listeners, and that send out that "all good" vibe seems the natural thing for him to do. In the footsteps of his musical heroes like U2, and Lenny Kravitz, Kirby writes songs that inspire people to live life to its full potential.
"The world is a messed up place," said Sewell.

My Stargame Character Bios
I made my first appearance on Stargame in May, 1993. A typical newbie who had actually only been exposed to the internet about three months, I was very nervous as I sent a general query to the list looking for a game to join. To my good fortune, Juan Fernandez answered and invited me to join his game, USS Venture . As they say, the rest is history. I've included every principal character whom I have played during my six year involved. Most are my creations, though there have been a few created by others whom I assumed either as a guest player or as a successor for an established character. They are arranged by the era of the game on which they belong. Unfortunately, like Stargame itself, all but one of these games no longer exist. However, I had a lot of fun creating the characters and role-playing with people from around the world (if there were any E.T.'s, they never acknowledged it). Wyley, Percy
(See Lynch, Buffington, Wyly). -While yet the harp twanged in Tara's Hall and the pride and pomp of feudal Ireland vied in the jousts of their own kingdom; one of their proudest and noblest families were the Lynches, and their great Castle a salon of patriotism and pleasure. Today the castle stands an ivy covered ruin about which you will be told long before you reach its home country and the mystic legends recounted about it would fill a goodly set of quarto volumes.
But where are the Lynches, the proud and self contained race that would never bend a free born neck to prince or tyrant? They are dispersed over the world and if you could segerate them you would find them high and low in the governments of the world, earnestly, honestly doing their duties at it presented to them.

September 2001 A Word from the President… Howdy Cowgirls and Cowboys, It's that time of the year again! I'm talking about our biggest annual charity event, the Atlantic Stampede Rodeo weekend. I want to thank everybody up front for volunteering your time and skills to help ASGRA have another grand event. This could not happen without you. You keep ASGRA on the top and in the lead! If this newsletter finds you before the rodeo and you would like to volunteer your talents, please contact Billy Collison or any of your elected Board members. We will find a place for you to join in and have fun. I hope to see you at the rodeo. Rodeo hard and rodeo safe! Nominations for next year's Board of Directors are open. In order for ASGRA to continue in the lead, we must carefully choose our leadership. Nominate and cast your votes wisely. Do not run for an office if you are not totally committed to fulfilling all of the obligations involved. Remember all of these offices require time and commitment. I encourage any and all members to step forward and throw their hats into the political ring. Don't sit on the sidelines and complain. See what kind of a positive difference you can make to ASGRA. Let's Rodeo!

While the government had issued an announcement in September 1999 stating that the encryption export rules would be loosened, the draft rules, which circulated between September 1999 and January 2000, were disappointing to industry and civil liberties activists who had been fighting for years to get these rules liberalized. However, as discussed below, the “interim final” rule resolved a number of issues in favor of the industry/civil liberties position. Encryption Levels Generally speaking, the government’s new encryption export policy recognizes three levels of encryption.
