I suspected that marvellous tutorials existed, but were hidden away on university intranets, or reserved for people who paid. Probably, that was a delusion. You can see my early efforts on Trainagain.com . I have mixed feelings about that site now, and yet it's a very sticky site, so it has to stay, with occasional modifications.
