The Black War On White Americans
An Overview of U.S. Crime!
What image do you have of racial violence in the U.S.? What type of person do you think commits interracial or "hate" crime? If you get your information from the mass media (TV, radio, major newspapers, and popular magazines), you probably have an image of a vicious, ignorant, gun-loving, hate-filled, skinhead, Klansman, or militiaman - all white of course, that is a completely false stereotype. The truth is exactly the opposite! The media, protected class minorities, and anti-white politicians expect you to twist in anguish over black-on-black crime or the rare but well-publicized white-on-black crime, but they never mention the much greater amount of black-on-white crime? Yes, blacks commit more crime against whites (1.58 million crimes per year) than they do against other blacks (1.34 million crimes per year)! It's a virtual war of black criminals and white victims!
You'll never read the facts in the national media! Why?

Since February 1999, the public has had access to crime statistics in Houston via HPD's website. The data has in the past been distributed at local Positive Interaction Program (PIP) Meetings. Now, anyone with access to the Internet is able to search the database for current statistics affecting their neighborhood. The information is broken down by police beat and uses a table format to show occurrences of the following types of crimes:
  • Murder Rape Robbery Aggravated assault Burglary Burglary to a motor vehicle Auto theft Narcotic drug law violations Driving while intoxicated
In order to obtain the information, you will need to determine which area of the city you wish to research. Here are the steps you need to follow: Glossary police beat geographic area of the city broken down for patrol and statistical purposes positive interaction program (PIP) program designed to foster positive, open relations between citizens and the police department

Part 1 crime in West Sacramento decreased 4.61% in 2001, however it is important to note we have changed the way aggravated assault is defined. According to the Department of Justice, an assault is considered aggravated only if someone seeks or requires medical attention from a professional. Previously, every felony assault was counted as an aggravated assault. In order to accurately show crime trends all assaults (simple and aggravated) have been included in several of the following graphs. Chart 1 shows the percentage change of Part 1 Crimes between 2000 and 2001: Crime +/- Amount +/- Percentage Homicide Rape/Attempt Rape Robberies Aggravated Assault Burglary Motor Vehicle Theft Larceny Total Although most of the categories saw a decrease in the number of crimes committed, motor vehicle theft increased by 33% (94 cases). Several cities in California experienced a similar increase in motor vehicle theft in 2001.

One of the most important studies on Crime against people with intellectual disabilities or mental retardation is the Wilson and Brewer Study done in 1992. They asked a sample of 174 adults with intellectual disabilities if they had been victims of crime. They compared the results with a similar survey given to all adults in that same county.
They found the victimization rate for sexual assault to be 10.7 times higher than that of the general public. Robbery was 12.8 times higher.
And overall violent crime was 4.2 times higher. Another Study was done by Sobsey and Doe in 1991 - 162 reports of sexual abuse of people with disabilities found that 80% were assaulted on MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, while 50% experienced 10 OR MORE SEXUAL ASSAULTS. The California Department of Mental Health's Performance Outcome Data from 2000 has uncovered some alarming numbers:
They found that those who were dually diagnosed (mental health disorder and substance abuse) had a rate of violent crime 62 times higher than the general public and for those who were considered the severe and persistent mentally ill, the rate was 18.7 times greater.

2002 Crime Stats Released
Chief Emmett Turner today announced that crime in Nashville last year dropped 8.6% from calendar year 2001’s total, with murder, robbery, burglary, larceny and auto theft dipping to multi-year lows. Rape, which in 2001 declined to its lowest level since 1986, was up by one case last year. Aggravated assault was up 1% over 2001’s total. All totaled, violent and property crimes during 2002 dropped to their lowest levels since 1999. In a related major development, Chief Turner also announced that despite a nearly 2% increase in calls for police service from 2001 to 2002, response time (the time from when a call is answered at the Communications Center to the time an officer arrives on the scene) dropped by more than 20%. "The statistics we’re releasing today reflect very good news on Nashville’s crime front," Turner said.

The Capital-Journal

Topeka Police Chief Ed Klumpp
Criminals last year were busier than the previous year nationwide, but not in Topeka. As preliminary FBI statistics released Monday showed the number of part one crimes reported had risen nationally, Topeka Police Chief Ed Klumpp said it felt good to see crime totals for this city had instead decreased for the fourth straight year. "We still don't have crime where we'd like to have it, but it's still going in the right direction," he said.
FBI and census figures indicate Topeka dropped from eighth to 22nd on the list of cities with populations of more than 100,000 that have the nation's highest reported rates of part one crime. Part one crimes which are murder, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, larceny, auto theft and arson are those local law enforcement agencies report to the FBI. Totals released Monday showed part one crime last year increased by 2 percent nationwide and 0.9 percent in the Midwest. The Topeka Capital-Journal used the FBI figures to compile a ranking that showed Topeka was 22nd highest among the 236 U.S. cities that filed reports in part one crime per capita, with 94.33 part one crimes per 1,000 residents.
