What are "Tax Lien Certificates"? Another method of either acquiring the properties or receiving a very high rate of return on your investment is by investing in Tax Lien Certificates. Many taxing jurisdictions use an alternative method of collecting delinquent real property taxes. That method involves the selling of "tax lien certificates" sometimes referred to as TLC's. Tax lien certificates become a first lien on the property. These tax lien certificates can yield very high rates of return on your investment when the property is redeemed. In many cases these yields can be 20% per annum or even more. In the event the delinquent property owner does not redeem within the time (can be six months to as much as 5 years depending on the jurisdiction), the holder of the tax lien certificate can obtain title to the property. The following is a partial listing of states that offer you the opportunity to invest in government issued guaranteed tax lien certificates and the current rate of interest or penalty.

Level 55+ shaman autogrind script
Does anybody have a autogrind script for a level 55+shaman without torpor's. Oracle's is nice but not practical til your 60 AND can afford torpor's.

RE: Level 55+ shaman autogrind script
Yes oracles script is for 60+ with torpor, however the programming structure inside is very sound.
Change it to fit your char, find a doable camp, and alter the code to work with it. The theory is the same, you pull a mob, you kill it with some spells and your pet. Take out the torpor part, and add in how YOU fight a mob. It may take some time and effort, but in the end you will be surprised at what you come up with. oracleofdelphi 12-17-02 09:06 AM Reply RE: Level 55+ shaman autogrind script Nice to hear someone is still using some of those libraries. Still think I may have overcomplicated it a little bit lol, but it had it's advantages. Next Xylobot should come with an event driven language, that would save a lot of trouble :) ctoni 01-03-03 02:35 AM Reply RE: Level 55+ shaman autogrind script I made a fairly serious effort to modify the 60 oracle grind script to a 55+ ... and seems to be going alright with the conversion HOWEVER in practice I can't seem to get the prog to recognize the new UIs that are out there. I assume that this info isn't located in the oracle.xys file .... must be located in the .h files ... but I don't know where (. Any pointers to keep me from gettin' to frustrated ;)?....

Cover Story
The Christmas Countdown
The Department gathered at DDO on December 13, 1996 for the annual Christmas Countdown. Organized by GASA, the event was well-attended by students, staff, faculty and friends. Following the pizza and salads everyone gathered outside the building for the group photograph, this year made tremendously humorous by Karl's putative photographic assistant. A simple overturned beer bottle in the pants pocket of our assistant photographer was enough to turn a normally smiling group into a laughing-to-tears mob. For THAT photograph, link to http://www.astro.utoronto.ca/group.1996.html The planned entertainment then began in the lecture room and judging by the loud laughter echoing the halls of the observatory, the offerings were all well received. Our Santa should be congratulated on his performance, and GASA for its beneficience. During tea and coffee, the mysterious Droppings (the anti-Doings) appeared. Desserts were temporarily ignored as everyone became absorbed by the Droppings. Some seconds later the room returned to its normal state with conversations and fun ending the silence. Thanks are due GASA for arranging the 1996 Countdown, and to Florence Unwin for organizing the food and decorations.

What's New? Registration In Stock Vehicles ... Site Map Railroad Historical Societies The Railroads are part of our nation's History and Culture. The railroads opened the "West" and played an important role in the development and history of almost every city and town in the USA and Canada. Railroad Historical Societies try to preserve old railroad records, photos and any other historical information they can find. Often they work with local Museums and Libraries; some of them maintain their own Libaries. The Railroads have had a very rocky history financially in the USA, and with the many bankruptcies, mergers and take-overs through the years, many railroad records have been lost forever. However, if you or someone you know has some old railroad records stored in the attic, or garage, please contact one of the Historical Societies below and perhaps you can contribute what you have to them so it can be preserved properly for the generations to come.. Most Railroad Historical Societies limit their interest to one railroad, or just a few that may have merged together to form a regional system. But membership and interest in those railroads tend to be found all over the USA. Hence the mailing address of a Historical Society may not even be in a town where that railroad ran through; more than likely the mailing address is dictated by the residence of the Historical Society Secretary, someone who is willing to volunteer a lot of his time to the task, and may have retired or had a job transfer that took him away from the region his favorite railroad ran in.
