DEIP Goals Staff Development Objectives Curriculum Objectives DEIP Goals 1. To develop and implement a student driven, K-12 curriculum, based on state frameworks where available. 2. Develop instructional strategies and alternatives for students, based on individual needs and the K-12 curriculum, to enable them to meet the New Hampshire content and student proficiency standards. 3. Determine to what degree students are held accountable for objectives in the K-12 curriculum and develop an improvement plan for students performing below the proficiency standards set by the standards sub-committee. 4. Each Principal will report to the Superintendent on an annual basis, an improvement plan to include progress in curriculum alignment, evaluation of assessment results, development and implementation of activities to improve instruction and professional development to advance student learning. This plan will be developed in consultation with teachers, student, staff members, parents and community members. Staff Development Objectives For the Form A 1. By June of 2003, all staff members will have participated in curriculum development related to one or more of the following areas: New Hampshire curriculum frameworks integration, differentiated instruction in all subject areas, technology skills, or career choices. | |
