Each question in the test consists of a pair of words, numbers, letters, names, dates, etc. Depending on whether or not the two items are identical, the examinee clicks on a Match or Do Not Match button. Coding. The Coding test measures an examinee’s skill in using letter and numerical codes. Each question in this test consists of an item and a list of letter or number codes with instructions to answer the questions by selecting the correct code on a simulated telephone keypad or clipboard. The office skills project aims to teach people the fundamental skills which are needed in most office environments such as typing, word processing, photocopying, answering the telephone, filing, using a shredding machine etc. This can be very useful for future employment prospects and some small work opportunities in the centre, earning a small therapeutic wage occasionally. In some cases it provides a 'refresher' for those who have previously had employment in an office environment.
